Clear robe with tints of straw yellow. The wine recalls forest vegetation and has a delicate smoky aroma, with notes of linden-tree blossoms. Well-balanced and structured. To be served with white meat : veal, fowl and some fish dishes such as eel and crayfish. Strongly recommended with foie gras.
